Red Flag Archive publishes articles, free tools, and paid documentation toolkits. Paid products are sold via our Etsy shop. This site is informational and commercial in nature.

Use of toolkits

Paid toolkits are licensed to one user for personal use. You may print and use the templates for your own situation. You may not resell, redistribute, or modify the products for commercial use.

No outcome guarantees

We make no promises about court outcomes, custody outcomes, divorce outcomes, workplace investigations, or any other adversarial proceedings. Documentation is a tool. How it is used is up to you and your professional advisors.

Digital products are non-refundable due to their nature. Refund policies on Etsy purchases are governed by Etsy’s terms.
